For the main course, we chose a prawn Kaeng Kyo Wan, traditional Thai green curry with green and red peppers and bamboo shoots and duck Kaeng Phed, which is a Thai red curry with aubergine, peppers and bamboo shoots. The dishes were accompanied by fragrant jasmine rice and stir fried vegetables. The tastes that emulated from both curries were exceptional. I am afraid that as far as the food is concerned at the Royal Thai Gardens, there are not enough superlatives to describe just how good it is. From the minute the food hits your mouth, the flavours of each individual ingredient attack your taste buds with gusto. Make no mistake, this is a very special restaurant and one that deserves to be visited by everyone reading this. You couldn and rsquo;t fail to be impressed by it and I can honestly say that it is in a league of its own.

It seems since then, however, that Thai food has proliferated so quickly and completely that it now occupies the niche that Chinese food once heldubiquitous Asian food that can be downright dizzying in its limitless incarnations.
