In the civil complaint filed in Baldwin County court, Bon Secour Fisheries Inc. claims that the restaurant, which closed in , still owes about usd. 35,400 for seafood delivered to the restaurant.

In addition to the restaurant, the complaint names catering company Roussos Food Services Inc. and John G. Roussos, who has retired, as defendants.
