 <description><![CDATA[<p>The SAQ is often criticized for lacking service, but I know a number of incredibly passionate and knowledgeable people who work in stores across the province.  But of all those great folk, I have a special place in my heart for Estelle Pich, Manon Chalifoux and Marika Milo, who are the three wine consultants at the SAQ speciality store in St.  Sauveur.</p><p>Vivacious, fruity, floral but earth-laden.  I have rarely tasted a gamay grown outside of Beaujolais that does justice to this often misunderstood grape.  It goes down with finesse and elegance, not trying to be something bigger than what it is.  I suspected Niagara could be good gamay country.  A perfect example here.  Drink now-2011.  Food pairing: apritif, liver and onions.</p>]]></description>
