The segment was produced last September at the downtown Indianapolis restaurant.</p><p>The Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana is reporting consumer complaints increased by nearly 10 percent in 2009.  Across the country, the cell phone industry, cable/satellite TV and banks received the most complaints.  The BBB says it received nearly one million complaints filed by disgruntled customers last year.</p>]]></description>
