After being gathered, food was vacuum sealed on Wednesday morning, September 1st, 2010 at Harvesters headquarters at 3801 Topping Avenue in Kansas City. Around 50 volunteers from Hallmark, Bank of America, Target and other organizations gathered to package healthy weekend food for school children as part of the BackSnack program.
