I just made this for the first time and am amazed at how great this tastes. Its exactly like banana ice cream. It comes out like soft serve. I am not sure I will ever bother with the fat and calories of regular ice cream again. This does not taste like a low-fat product; it is very rich and creamy. Freeze an unpeeled, whole banana. Peel banana, chop into chunks, and put into your food processor. Blend with a splash of milk until creamy. Then eat. Next time I am adding chocolate syrup and nuts to make a sundae. --
